Welcome to my blog and professional resource portfolio! My name is Sharon.  I am a proud Australian national/dual Canadian Citizen. I started my career as an Early Childhood Teacher in the 90s and have worked as a foreign live-in Nanny in the USA and Canada. I am an emerging Child and Youth Care Counsellor which is challenging my knowledge and skills in advocacy, ethics and professionalism.  I love helping children, youth and families to thrive.  I have two adult daughters who have overcome adversities and am proud to see them grow.
